New Opticedge Update - Predicted Card Value

May 2, 2024

As part of our 2.0 update

We’ve just released version 2.0 of the app with a small, but incredibly useful feature for that moment when you are trying to value your card.

We’re really proud of our Predicted Digitally Graded value, that lets tells you what the estimated value of your specific card card is.

Why did we build this?we have seen collectors either overpricing their cards or under valuing their card based on a simple google search. Far too often not giving a true representative of their asset value, we hope this will add transparency and a greater appreciation to the true value of a collection

Predictive Analytics for Collector Markets?

The estimated expected value (EV) is an anticipated market value of the specific digital grade of the card.

Therefore the value of the card varies specifically relating to the grade.

The realisation of this projected value is to be used only as an indication and not an to be used as a market place value or expected demand of payment. The realisation of this projected value is to be used only as an indication and not an to be used as a market place value or expected demand of payment.

It is to be used as a card investors expected estimated value to estimate the worthiness of investment and relation to the relative riskiness of the card.

How is this value predicted?

We have built propriety machine learning systems for analysing time-series data and generating predictive analytics. This forecast of your cards value takes into account patterns and anomalies can be detected through global market data streams on an unprecedented scale.
